Hosting & Maintenance

Your website has
a job to do.
We'll help keep
it running.

Running a business takes enough of your attention. Your website shouldn't demand more of it. Zen Avenue provides hosting and ongoing website care, with the level of management agreed around your needs.

What sits behind it

A hosting environment.
Clearly agreed care.

Conceptual artwork, not a live website, server-health view or monitoring dashboard. Services depend on the agreed scope.

01 / After the launch

A website goes live.
The responsibility continues.

Your website still needs a place to run, and a clear arrangement for the work that follows. When something needs attention, it helps to know who handles it.

We help you distinguish the hosting environment from the ongoing care of the website, so the responsibilities can be agreed rather than assumed.

02 / Two connected responsibilities

Somewhere to run.
Someone to talk to.

Hosting and website management work alongside each other. They have different jobs—and neither should be a vague promise.

The environment

Website hosting

The environment that supports your website online. We discuss the website's requirements and the hosting arrangement that may suit it.

Hosting does not automatically include website edits, maintenance or business email.

The agreed work

Ongoing website care

The management work you agree for your website. Clarify responsibilities for updates, changes and technical attention before the work is included.

Maintenance allowances, enhanced care and support terms are defined by the agreement.

03 / See how the pieces relate

One website.
A clearer arrangement behind it.

Think of hosting as the environment, and ongoing care as agreed work. The starting point is always the website your business needs.

  1. 01 / Website

    What customers see.

Your business information, services and ways to take the next step.

  2. 02 / Hosting

    Where it runs.

The hosting environment selected for the website's requirements.

  3. 03 / Ongoing care

    What we agree to handle.

Defined management responsibilities, with any additional work separately scoped.

Website → Hosting → Ongoing Care. Conceptual relationship only—not live infrastructure, verified monitoring, a backup schedule or a service-level commitment.

04 / Choose the scope, not a vague promise

The right amount
of help.

Different websites need different arrangements. Start with the responsibilities, then agree the work and commercial terms.

Establish the hosting needs.
Review the website, its platform and dependencies. Confirm suitability before choosing a hosting arrangement.
Define day-to-day responsibilities.
Decide who handles technical tasks and website changes, and how work is requested and agreed.
Scope additional care explicitly.
Enhanced backups, security work or maintenance may need a separate scope. Frequency, retention, recovery and response expectations are not assumed.

05 / Already have a website?

A move starts
with a closer look.

Before moving a website, we need to understand what is running today and what the move would involve. An assessment helps establish suitability and responsibilities.

Request Migration Assessment

Discussion prompts. No assessment is requested or performed here.

Migration conversation / Not a form

Understand the starting point.

  • Current website platform and dependencies
  • Hosting arrangement and access responsibilities
  • What needs to move—and what should stay
  • Potential interruption, scope and costs

Suitability must be assessed. No migration, timing or continuity guarantee. Do not provide credentials on this page.

06 / A practical approach to ongoing care

Know what's covered.
Know the next step.

A clear agreement makes ongoing responsibilities easier to understand. It should explain the work, the boundaries and how to get in touch.

  1. 01

    Understand the website.

Review its role in the business, current setup and ongoing needs.

  2. 02

    Agree the responsibilities.

Define hosting, management tasks, exclusions and any separately scoped care.

  3. 03

    Clarify how support works.

Agree contact channels, how work is requested and which commitments apply. No response time is promised by this page.

07 / Before you decide

Clear answers.
Fewer assumptions.

What is the difference between hosting and maintenance?

Hosting provides the environment in which a website runs. Maintenance and website management concern work on that website. They can involve different responsibilities; hosting does not automatically include updates, content changes or other management. We define the scope in the agreement.

Will you manage every technical detail?

The level of management depends on the agreed arrangement. We clarify what Zen Avenue handles, what remains your responsibility and which tasks require separate work. No unlimited maintenance or all-inclusive management is promised.

Are backups and security included?

Backup frequency, retention, restoration responsibilities and any enhanced security or maintenance work need to be agreed. This page does not promise a particular backup schedule, successful recovery, malware cleanup or security certification.

Can you move our existing website?

We can discuss a migration assessment. Suitability depends on your current platform, hosting, access, website dependencies and the work involved. A move, its cost, timing and any potential interruption must be assessed before agreement; migration is not guaranteed. Please do not share credentials through this page.

What hosting plans are available?

Future plans and management arrangements are still being defined. This page does not offer live packages, prices or checkout. We first discuss your website and the scope of hosting and care it needs.

How does ongoing support work?

Contact channels, availability, escalation and any response commitments must be established in the service agreement. This page does not promise an incident response time, uptime level or business continuity.

What if I already have an agreement with Zen Avenue?

Existing agreements are respected. Any change to scope or arrangement should be discussed and agreed; this page does not replace your current terms.

08 / Start with what your website needs

Less to guess.
More to agree on.

Explore a hosting arrangement or discuss whether a move makes sense. The next step depends on your website and the support you need.
