Do I need a domain?
Business-domain email uses a domain associated with your business. We start by checking whether you already have one and what access or domain arrangements are needed before setup. Domain registration and renewal responsibilities need to be agreed.
Can I use my business email on my devices?
Tell us which devices and email applications you use. Compatibility, connection settings and any setup assistance need to be checked for your chosen configuration; support for every device or application is not assumed.
Can I keep existing email addresses?
That depends on your current addresses, domain access and email setup. We need to review what can be retained and what would change before agreeing a move. A personal-provider address cannot simply become an address on your business domain.
Can I add mailboxes?
Additional mailbox needs can be discussed as your team changes. Availability, configuration, storage and charges must be agreed; unlimited accounts or storage are not included by implication.
How much does it cost?
Pricing and mailbox allowances are still being finalized. We need to agree your mailbox requirements, setup and ongoing support scope before confirming a commercial arrangement. No published price or package is available in this page.
Can Zen Avenue help with migration?
We can discuss your current email setup and assess what a move would involve. Compatibility, data to be moved, access, responsibilities, costs and any service interruption need review before migration work is agreed. Migration is not a fixed inclusion or a guarantee that all existing data can be transferred.
